Akulula ungikholwe

Smiselo brings a focused Maskandi release with Akulula ungikholwe, a five-track EP set for 16 October 2026. The project keeps its title at the centre of the tracklist while introducing a compact run of songs that moves between solo cuts and confirmed collaborations.

The EP opens with Yini ungafuni before moving into the title track, Akulula ungikholwe, featuring Qhawelisha. That collaboration is followed by Intombi yakwaMbatha with Yellowbone lezwe, giving the project two featured appearances across its five songs.

The remaining tracks keep the focus on Smiselo, with Ngifuna umtanami and Kufanele ngibonge completing the release. Together with the opening song, they make up three tracks credited solely to the primary artist.

At five songs, Akulula ungikholwe offers a concise introduction to Smiselo’s 2026 Maskandi release. Check out the full EP for the title track, its two collaborations and the complete tracklist.
